The Mews offered a fantastic stay in Oamaru! My room was spacious and very clean. I loved the comfortable bed and the large, well-equipped kitchen, perfect for making a quick breakfast. The flat-screen TV provided a great selection of channels, and I especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. Nice touches included the heated blanket for colder evenings and helpful local tips from the manager. the lack of an elevator made hauling luggage to the second floor a bit challenging. being close to the road meant some traffic noise, but it didn’t disturb my sleep. I would definitely consider returning!

The room was large and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was spotless with plenty of towels. I also enjoyed the lovely garden view, which added a nice touch during my stay. The location is perfect for walking to shops and restaurants, also close to beautiful public gardens.
While the overall cleanliness was commendable, a few minor details were overlooked.

Shower over the bath is a challenge for those with mobility issues!!! Limited suitcase storage makes packing quite the hassle!!! Ventilation in the bathroom leaves much to be desired!!!

Fantastic kitchen, brekkie vibes, and those lovely little penguins in the garden were just a jol! The heaters worked like a charm on a freezing night and the beds were so lekker comfy!
Just wish they had more seating for meals, a bit tight without a proper table.
